Jason Vance joined the Hectare GMAC Real Estate sales team in 2005. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Economic Geography in 2005 from the University of Toronto. 

Jason is a part of the Industrial Facilities Group formed with Kevin Brennan   Their dedication to industrial real estate provides their clients with the confidence and expertise they need to facilitate and complete this significant transaction.

Jason specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in the West Greater Toronto Area. Jason has worked with a number of large clients including The Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada, GE Canada Real Estate Equity, Dundee Real Estate, and Georgian Properties Corporations to secure quality tenants for their portfolios. Their team has successfully completed in excess of 950 transactions.

With each completed transaction Jason's knowledge and level of service has increased which translates into a higher level of professionalism delivered to his clients.
